Inspired by the groundbreaking research of Dr. Yanli He, whose doctoral dissertation identified 16 essential leadership traits needed in our modern era, this institute was created to give children a strong foundation in the skills they’ll need for the future through 6 key Leadership Behavior Programs.

Our curriculum blends three rich wisdom traditions—Western Biblical principles, Eastern Confucian values, and European cultural heritage—into engaging stories that help children understand not just what leadership is, but how to live it every day. Through role-playing, hands-on activities, and games, kids get to practice real leadership behaviors in a way that feels fun and natural, not forced or formal.
