The Leadership Traits for Kids program is grounded in Dr. Yanli He’s research, “A Phenomenological Study Exploring the Influence of Leadership Traits on Virtual Teams’ Performance & Sustainability to Achieve Longevity in Silicon Valley.” Her study not only identifies 16 essential leadership traits required in the digital and AI-driven era but also clearly demonstrates their influence across nine key areas that contribute to virtual team longevity: (a) communication and feedback, (b) trust and cooperation, (c) motivation and engagement, (d) problem-solving, (e) ongoing learning, (f) social interaction and cultural competence, (g) change adaptation,
(h) shared values, and (i) organizational resources.

Our transformative program applies the 16 leadership traits and the nine dimensions of virtual team longevity, integrating engaging stories for each trait. These stories seamlessly blend the Western Biblical worldview, Eastern Confucian wisdom, and European cultural heritage. Building on this foundation, we designed three language courses centered around these leadership narratives. By the end of the program, children not only develop strong language skills but also cultivate essential leadership traits and the nine dimensions of digital leadership that empower them to stand out in the digital era.

Our distinctive approach combines interesting discussions and interactive games to instill strong moral values, build character, and equip children with the wisdom to navigate life’s challenges. By exploring leadership principles through engaging stories, we nurture the 16 essential leadership traits in children, while role-playing and games make learning enjoyable and foster creativity.
